GEOLOGY
The parcels are located on decomposed granite called “gore” on the south-facing slopes of the hill behind the village of Cornas.
VINIFICATION
Hand-picked, sorted, 100% destemmed and crushed. The maceration lasts for 3 to 4 weeks with daily pump overs.
AGEING
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (percentage of new wood varies with vintage).
SERVING TEMPERATURE
Ideal serving temperature is around 16 to 18°C.

Mushrooms, Barbecues, Cheese, Spicy dishes
TASTING
Full bodied wine with notes of blackberries and licorice.
