GEOLOGY
Plots on steep slopes overlooking the river. Granitic soils on south-facing glacial alluvium, biotite granite.
VINIFICATION
Hand-picked at maturity and directly whole-bunched pressed. Low temperature alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, concrete egg, and partially in French oak barrels.
AGEING
Aged on fine lees during 8 months in concrete egg, French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
Ideal serving temperature is around 12 to 14°C.
