GEOLOGY
This wine originates from regions with sunny days and cool nights, fostering excellent aromatic complexity. Additionally, varying elevations between sea level and foothills regulate grape maturation. The predominantly calcareous, slightly clayey soil further enhances its quality.
VINIFICATION
The Viognier is hand-picked and directly whole-bunch
pressed. The must is fermented at low temperature to keep
varietal aromas, in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks.
AGEING
Stainless steal tank for 6 months on fine lees.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
Ideal serving temperature is around 12 to 14°C.
