Our Crozes-Hermitage 'Les Jalets' originates from terraced vineyards in Les Chassis, named after the pebbles deposited by alpine glaciers, reminiscent of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

GEOLOGY
Low terraces of rolled pebbles from alluvial origin.
The soil is mainly composed of clay and limestone
VINIFICATION
Hand-picked at maturity, sorted by plot in small crates. The whole bunch grapes are pressed slightly, the must settles 2 days before being racked. Then the wine is fermented in concrete egg, French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.
AGEING
Aged for 8 months in concrete egg, French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks on fine lee.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
Ideal serving temperature is around 12 to 14°C.

Grilled fish, Wok vegetables, Risotto, Poultry

A vivacious, exquisitely balanced wine boasting fragrant notes of white flowers, particularly acacia, and ripe pears.
