This cuvée comes from a beautiful terraced granite hillside overlooking the village of Cornas. Bordered by magnificent cedar trees, this unique terroir deserved its own identity. A small-scale production that gives rise to a confidential cuvée bearing the name of the locality 'Reynard’.

Hand-picked, sorted by plot in small 12kg crates.
Optical and/or manual sorting
Traditional vinification – 100% destemming.
3 weeks maceration and daily pumping over.
Malolactic fermentation.
Aged 12 to 18 months in French oak barrels and/or demi-muids and/or truncated cone vats and/or concrete eggs (percentage of new wood varies with vintage).
The vineyard is planted on steep slopes. Highly decomposed granitic bedrock with limestone and silty deposits.
Our winemakers recommends storing bottles in the dark, at temperature between 12-15°c and with a humidity level of over 70%.
Ideal serving temperature is around 16 to 18°C.
