Featuring select wines from Château Corton, paired with Burgundian charcuteries and cheeses.

APRIL 11th — 
TRADITIONAL LYONNAIS APERITIF
Featuring Côte-Rôtie and Condrieu wines, paired with Lyonnaise charcuteries and cheeses.

MAY 9th — 
PROVENCAL FLAVORS APERITIF
Featuring wines from the southern region, paired with Provençal charcuteries and cheeses.

The vegetables are sourced from our permaculture-cultivated vegetable garden, where we also grow plants used in our biodynamic preparations for the vines.

Additionally, the flowers, besides their aesthetic appeal, play a crucial role in attracting beneficial wildlife and promoting biodiversity.
